Planning and Development
We aim to secure planning permissions through negotiation and by providing and co-ordinating the delivery of all necessary supporting material to the Planning and other Statutory Authorities.
We aim to guide our clients through all stages of the process, from initial on-site inspections, pre-application advice and discussions, preparation and submission of planning applications, full negotiations with the Local Planning Authority and other Statutory Bodies and other interested parties.
We look to identify the development potential of land and buildings to enhance and optimise property asset value. By preparation and implementation of appropriate disposal strategies, including options, joint ventures and promotional agreements we aim to maximise our clients interests.
We provide a full service from discussing ideas for a project to dealing with the planning application and all its associated red tape.
Working with other specialists, we can provide plan drawing, specialist planning advice and can arrange project management through our building surveyor contacts.
We specialise in Agricultural Planning Applications, including diversification projects. This includes advice on pollution control for slurry and silage effluent and liaising with the Environment Agency on such matters. Where development is allowed through the General Permitted Development Order, we complete the relevant Prior Notification Paperwork.
We also assist with:
- Agricultural dwellings and occupancy conditions
- Equine developments in the Green Belt
- Applications and appeals
- Footpath Diversions
- CROW Act appeals
- Certificates of Lawfulness
- Tree Preservation Orders
- Enforcement Notices
- Local Plan representations
